XMAS DELIVERY INFO:
We're working super hard right now to ensure everyone's orders leave us within a few days. Our final postage dates are below. 
UK Orders placed after midday on Tuesday 19th December cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery though may still be dispatched before.
Standard International Orders from Friday 15th December onwards cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
USA/Canada Orders with DHL Express placed after Monday 18th December cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

UK Delivery Options
Currently candle orders are dispatching with either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Local (depending on Royal Mail strike action) Car Air Freshener and Greetings Card orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail Second Class mail.
 
International Shipping Options
International orders ship via DHL Globalmaill, DHL Express or Royal Mail Tracked International. Services and prices can be found at checkout. Prices and services are dependent on location and weight. Orders typically ship within 2 business days - please allow a little extra time during busy periods. Our standard international service generally takes 1-3 weeks. Our Express international service takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs fees or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

Where is my order?
Please check your provided tracking link for delivery info. Please note that orders placed with UK Standard Delivery are untracked. Often when an order is late/missing a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is either with a neighbour or at your local Royal Mail depot - In either case a Royal Mail missed delivery notification should have been left at the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any miss-typed/wrong address and are unfortunately unable to amend an address once an order leaves us. Please allow a few days after estimated delivery time before contacting us as delays aren't uncommon especially at busy times of year.
