Postage Updates

 

First of all, thanks so much for buying! We really appreciate your support.

 

Please check your dispatch email for tracking before contacting us. All candle orders are dispatched with a tracked service and it saves a tonne of time if you track your order yourself.

Check your mail for a missed delivery notification (Royal Mail red slip in the UK or a DHL yellow slip internationally)

Please double check your shipping address. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for a mis-typed address and will have to charge for re-delivery.

The same applies if you haven't picked your parcel up from the Post Office/Depot in time and it's returned to us.

International orders may be subject to an import fee. This is set and collected by your local government (Yes, it's super annoying and no we don't have control over this).

During busy periods such as xmas there may be delays. Royal Mail often become overwhelmed at this time of year  - if in doubt, please check the Royal Mail website for service status. If this becomes a huge issue we'll do our best to find an alternative shipping service.

Greetings Cards and Air Fresheners are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter - this can sometimes take longer than estimated depending on how busy Royal Mail are but we've yet to find an alternative shipping method for these.
